We believe we can make a difference

At The Fiji Times, we believe that we can, and will, make a difference when it comes to taking action on climate change. In fact, we are engaging on several levels with our staff, our suppliers, our corporate partners, and most of all with our readers.

We have been in Fiji since 1869 and we are an integral part of the community. So we believe that it is our duty to act wherever we can to help create a better future for the people of Fiji and generations yet to come.

One Degree is our commitment to act. It's our promise that we will press on every day towards reducing our carbon footprint - and educate, inspire and empower people we come into contact with into doing the same.

We believe that every action towards reducing climate change is good. Big or small, we can all help reduce the amount of greenhouse gases that are released into the atmosphere. All we have to do is start now!
