1 Degree Fiji Fun Cycle

As part of our commitment to encouraging more people to make one degree of change to their lifestyles, we sponsored the first-ever One Degree Fiji Fun Cycle in early 2008.

The response from the community was great and with the support of the Velocity Cycling Club we managed to get more people interested in the benefits of cycling - not just to your health but also to the future of the planet in terms of what sort of carbon footprint we leave everywhere we go.

All those who signed up received a special pack that included their own One Degree t-shirt, information on how they could reduce their carbon footprint as well as a specially-made cotton bag that can be reused for shopping.

It was a good morning out for everyone, and a safe one too with the police pitching in to provide an escort for all our riders.
